Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:
All RobustPickleball paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty, covering any defects in the core, face, edge, or structural integrity.

What’s Covered:
This warranty protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship. It does not cover damage from improper use or normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or dents.

Exclusions:
Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or any modifications made to the paddle are not covered under this warranty.

Return Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Paddles returned without prior approval or a valid return authorization number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Inspection and Resolution: 
Once received, our team will inspect the paddle to assess eligibility for warranty coverage. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement paddle.

Limited Liability: 
RobustPickleball’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing defective paddles. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
